IMPORTANT NOTICE:- It is important to advise you, this villa does not need Air Conditioning, because it was constructed with thick walls and special insulation, so that the villa is always cool. In winter, radiators are provided, if required? In the summer, cooling Fans are in the villa if required.

As for big shopping, there’s no better place than Guia/Albufeira shopping & opens late! Home to one the best shopping mall on the Algarve, and it’s just 10-15 minutes drive from the villa! Home to many well known names including Zara, Mango, and it also has a very large supermarket with absolutely everything. There is also a taxing rank. As for the lovely Guia town – home of the world famous Piri – Piri Chicken, served at most Guia restaurants, there is also Zoomarine, a favourite with young families.he families Chicken, Zoomarine.

Come night time, If you are looking for lively night life, Albufeira Old Town, has many lively restaurants, many bars & clubs, overlooking the fabulous Fishermans Beach is just 4 kms away! A short drive 5 minute taxi or mini bus ride away.

Inland Algarve is well worth exploring including the local villages, mountains of Monchique, also, visit the oldest town on the Algarve, Tavira! known as The Venice of the Algarve. Also, visit the pretty, neighbouring Cabanas for lunch or dinner, at one of the many restaurants overlooking Ria Formosa nature reserve.

Villa rules concerning groups

Please note that our villas are all in residential areas, where no loud noise can be made during the daytime or evenings. For this reason, they are not suitable for stag and hen parties, or large groups of people who may be wanting to have louder gatherings, loud music and returning back late to the villas.

Whilst we welcome enquires from everyone over the age of 25; given the respect for the peace and quiet of the neighbours, we reserve the right to turn down a booking if we don’t feel it is appropriate. It is important for us to be transparent about this as we wouldn’t want your holiday to be a disappointment to you either. Many thanks for your understanding.
