The gated ated villa opens on to the the pathway, and lawn. On the ground floor of the villa there is a comfortably furnished open plan living/dining room with cable TV, indivually sound system in all rooms, including kitchen, (Radio & CD), DVD Player, patio doors lead to a partly covered sunny, south facing terrace for outdoor lounging/dining, barbecue, large pool and lawn. A fully equipped, modern kitchen with a fridge/freezer, four ring hobs, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and all necessary utensils.
The modern, marble staircase leads to the first floor landing, entry phone and two bedrooms, one twin and one double with a TV and a safe, each with built-in wardrobes and patio doors to terrace with table and chairs. The third twin room, the largest room, is on the ground floor, with its own terrace with table & chairs. All marble bathrooms are fully equipped with bath/shower, basin, WC and bidet.
Within 600 metres, there is a local restaurant serving a wide variety of dishes. Albufeira old town centre is only four klms away.
Should you decide not to venture out, Quinta da Balaia offers many facilities including a fine, air conditioned a la carte restaurant serving breakfast, lunches and diners, eat in or alfresco besides the pool, 2 mini markets, reception, and a childrens playground. Several all-weather tennis courts (two floodlit), grass football pitch, a communal pool, organized childrens entertainment (During July and August) all of which are available, payable locally. Within the complex, theres street lighting, 24 hour security, extensive gardens with thousands of well maintained trees & plants creating rich vegetation, offering relaxed & comfortable atmosphere.
Close to Balaia, Albufeira are several golf courses including the neighboring 9 hole Balaia Golf Village course.
