| Description: São Paulo & Alegria Situated in two buildings the studios are conveniently located in the heart of Funchal, and offer an ideal and affordable base for those visiting the areas as a brief stop-over or for those who have decided on a long stay in Madeira. Sleeping up to three, the studios are all tastefully furnished and feature satellite TV, radio alarm, telephone, ensuite facilities and kitchenette. Some of the Alegria studios have a small balcony and there is a sun terrace on one of the buildings too. The privately owned Henrique apartments (of which there is limited availability) all have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen and separate living/dining area. For those who enjoy swimming, the Lido area of Funchal is a short distance away.
