Description:  This 150 year-old traditional manor house has been superbly restored into a five-star private inn, bursting with character and style. The Quinta da Bela Vista, with its wonderfully colourful gardens and glorious hillside setting, provides a relaxing hide-away only three kilometres from the centre of Funchal. Fine paintings and antique furnishings can be found in the public rooms, while both the cuisine and the standard of service are very high. It`s no wonder this manor has become such a popular place to stay in Madeira. The well-appointed air-conditioned rooms and suites are in the annex, though there are four large beautifully furnished suites available in the main building (not air-conditioned), two without a separate sitting room. All are air-conditioned with TV, telephone and hairdryer. There is no lift in the main building.
