Description: An interesting house situated in pine woods behind a long sandy beach, Casa do Sino is unusual in that most external walls are curved. The main living area is on one level reached by stone steps. The large living room has an open fire, exposed roof timbers and a sunken sitting area, with a bar area cleverly set into the large chimney breast. A door leads from the dining area into the fully fitted modern kitchen, with washing machine, dishwasher, etc. There are 4 bedrooms - the master bedroom has an antique double bed and ensuite shower room; there is also 1 twin room, 1 room with two substantial built-in bunk beds and 1 room with bunk beds to sleep 4 people. There is a shower room in this area, and another shower room in the garage/utility area beneath the house, which also has a sitting-room with TV and sofa bed. Outside, the large curved pool is surrounded by terracing and extensive lawns, shaded by tall pine trees. The beach is about 550 yards away, and even closer is a local restaurant. Less than a mile from the house is a very popular area, where a number of fishermen`s buildings have been converted into fish restaurants. The towns of Apulia and Fao are both about a mile away, and there is an 18 hole golf course nearby.
