Description: These townhouses are located on Quinta do Perogil, a development on the out-skirts of the unspoilt character town of Tavira, in a hilltop position with lovely views of the town towards the sea. Just a few min-utes` walk away is the communal swimming pool(not available for 2006) and tennis court, and there is a small bar/restaurant open in high season. The town of Tavira (known as the Venice of the Algarve) is within walking distance, but a car would be strongly advised. Tavira is famous for its Moorish origins, never failing to enchant its visitors - churches, castle, Roman bridge, River Gilão and 18-hole golf course. This is one of the most original Algarvean towns. As for local dishes, fresh fish, fish stews, local wine and leg of lamb are delicacies not to be missed.
